For families

Families

Everything a parent needs before saying yes: the health team, how to reach your child during the session, the logistics, and every document you sign or receive.

Health and safety

Safety and health

Throughout the camp there is 24-hour nursing and physiotherapy, plus a paramedic and ambulance on site 24 hours. This structure does not replace a hospital, health plan or specialised medical care.

Medication must be handed to the nursing team in its original packaging, with a valid prescription or medical instruction stating name, dose, time and route. Administration is carried out by the nursing team, except under emergency protocol.

In an urgent or emergency situation, H10 provides first care and arranges transfer or essential treatment even before reaching the family, prioritising the participant's protection, recording every attempt and informing the family as soon as it is safe and possible.

Allergies, dietary restrictions, medication, special needs, adaptations and support are reviewed with the family before final confirmation, to assess feasibility and safety without automatic exclusion.

The edition includes personal accident insurance and travel insurance, which are not equivalent to a health plan. The applicable conditions, limits, exclusions and how to trigger them are set out in the contract. *Foreign campers are not covered by this policy: under the camp's and the insurer's internal policy, arranging insurance is the family's responsibility.

Reference hospital: Hospital Novo Atibaia, in Atibaia (SP). The ambulance stays on site throughout the season.

Staying in touch

How we talk to you

  • Staying in touch

Verified email and WhatsApp are the official channels for contractual and operational communication. Keep your contact details up to date: emergency care is never delayed by an inability to reach you.

  • How we talk to you

Phones and personal devices stay with the camper, under their own and their family's responsibility — we do not collect or store devices. Wi-Fi is available in three daily windows — 7–9am, 12–2pm and 5–7pm — and there is no network at night, to protect sleep. We recommend leaving valuables at home.

  • For families

Weapons, dangerous objects, alcohol, tobacco, illegal drugs, violence, bullying, harassment, discrimination and vandalism are prohibited. We maintain a child and adolescent protection policy and a safe reporting channel, protecting whoever reports and notifying the authorities where appropriate.

Logistics

Transport and pick-up

Round-trip group transport is included. Participants may not leave the camp outside official logistics or without previously authorised collection, and hand-over happens only to the guardian or an authorised person, with identification.

If health indicates it, the family arranges collection; there is no automatic refund, and an exceptional credit may be assessed case by case with documentation. In a serious conduct incident, collection must happen within 12 hours of notice. Voluntary early return means the full amount is retained.

  • Return transport from São Paulo is included in the price
  • The exact boarding point, date and time are in the contract
  • Campers from other states arrange boarding with the team

    Travel authorisation

Required for campers under 16, with a signature notarised at a registry office. A gov.br e-signature is not accepted — unanimous ruling by Brazil's National Council of Justice (CNJ) in Consultation 0003850-52.2024.2.00.0000, of 21/02/2025. The alternative is the AEV, under CNJ Provision 103/2020, issued through e-Notariado.
