What happens at camp

Programme

Six days, from the welcome to the departure. Everything your child will do — session by session, night by night. The hour-by-hour grid is on the home page.

The programme may change. Times and activities are adjusted for weather, operations or safety, and the final version is sent to the family before departure.

Training

Full court and 3x3, every day

Two sessions a day, split by level and by position. The day-one assessment session decides which group each athlete joins — challenged, not drowning.

  • Dois atletas disputando o arremesso em quadra coberta
    morning and afternoon

    Indoor sessions

Collective tactical-technical work, with the group split by level. It is the core of the week and where progress is measured.

  • Atleta conduzindo a bola no ataque, marcado por dois adversários
    half court

    3x3 sessions

Three against three, on a half court. A different tempo, a different reading of space — and the part of the week that surprises five-a-side players most.

  • Atletas no banco se hidratando entre partidas, com a equipe por perto
    daily, 11 am

    Complementary session

Injury-prevention and movement work, so the body handles two sessions a day without breaking down.

  • Atleta em suspensão finalizando a bandeja no aro
    early afternoon

    Mental and group work

Sport psychology with the group: responding to mistakes, communicating on court and what to do when a match turns.

Clinics

Every position with someone who lives it

The clinic is where the athlete steps out of the collective and trains what is theirs. Small groups, individual correction, and the guest coach on the court.

  • Point guard: reading the game, decision-making in the pick and roll and handling under pressure
  • Wing: finishing on the move, reading space and perimeter defence
  • Power forward: playing facing up and with the back to the basket, rebounding and defending screens
  • Centre: positioning in the paint, finishing close to the rim and protecting the basket
  • Every position: the shot — mechanics and choice, not just the number that goes in

The finish

How the week ends

The last two days are competition, and the closing is what the family sees in the photos.

  • Bandeja disputada embaixo do aro por vários atletas
    days 04 and 05

    Full-court and 3x3 competitions

The best way to learn is putting it into practice in the games. Full mornings and afternoons, with recreational activities in between.

  • Bola a caminho do aro depois do arremesso
    day 05, 8 pm

    Awards ceremony

Recognition for the week. Awards are not the assessment: they are separate, deliberately.

  • Três atletas em jogada de ataque no meio da quadra
    after camp

    Certificate of participation

Each athlete's certificate, naming the sport and the session, emailed after the week.

  • Atleta de colete azul conduzindo a bola no ataque
    day 06, 10 am

    Departure

Breakfast, bags and the bus back to São Paulo.

The nights

What happens when training ends

Every night has a programme. It is where a group of strangers turns into a team — and the first thing the athlete talks about at home.

  • day 05, morning

    H10 Basket Magic

The Kings League of basketball: the game format that became the camp’s signature, with rules that change mid-match and the whole stand on its feet.

  • day 03, 8 pm

    H10 Basket Night

Basketball at night on the floodlit court. The basketball party.

  • day 02, 8 pm

    Opening

The night the camp really starts: teams, staff and the edition’s guests are introduced.

  • day 01, 8 pm

    Talk with the Ídolos

An open conversation with guest athletes and coaches — no stage, sitting with the group.

  • days 01 and 02

    Evening activity

Recreational games and whatever the recreation team comes up with. Not training: this is what mixes the group.

  • day 05, 9 pm

    H10 Sports Party

The party that closes the week, right after the awards ceremony.

Recreation

Free time is planned too

There is an hour of free time every day, and it is not empty: the recreation team is there, with an activity for those who want one and quiet for those who do not.

  • Pools and water slide, supervised and with a depth limit

  • Open court for 3x3 outside training hours

  • Group games between competition blocks

  • A celebration for anyone whose birthday falls during the session
